Policies
Policies are meant to be guidelines for the way things are done under normal conditions. If you take exception to any of these, or need to have things done differently for some reason, just write and explain - [email protected] - and we'll find a way that both of us can get what we need.
Security - The order form is on a separate server and uses SSL technology to protect your information.
Privacy/Information Sharing - Doesn't happen, except to comply with banking regulations, sales tax verification, or insurance claims verification. Other than that, the only one's that will see any of your information is my PC and me!!!!
Payment Options - If you do not trust the order form, there are a few other options to choose from; 1.) you can send the check in the mail, 2) you can send a money order in the mail, 3.) you can fax the account information, 4.) you can send the account information in segments in a few emails, 5.) you can phone me with the information ( just let me know by email ( [email protected] ) that you will be calling and when, otherwise you'll probably get the machine ).
Banking Regulations - To help prevent check fraud, on both sides of the transaction, I am required to keep a copy of a voided check or withdrawal slip for each customer. The first time you order from me, you must send a voided check or withdrawal slip to me before I can ship your order. Faxes and scanned images (*.jpg please) are acceptable as long as they are clear enough to easily read all the information. This only applies only to your first order, or if you change accounts to be drafted from, subsequent orders will not have this limitation. Returns - Any problems with anything you get from me MUST be reported to me within 5 business days of receipt.( [email protected] ) Damaged items will be repaired or replaced free of charge, this also includes incorrect sizing, and you will be reimbursed for the return postage (Priority Mail, insured). Returns for other than damage/sizing may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items received as gifts are returnable for credit only.
Shipping - Unless you request otherwise, I ship everything Priority Mail.
